April 2026 - Four New Team Members Join as Part of the IPCT! We are GROW-ing! You will see new faces all over the clinic. Megan joins us at the front desk, Jessica joins to support patient care, Sarah joins as our long-awaited mental health counsellor, and Wenjun is with us part time as a Registered Dietician! January 2026 - New Doctors Joins the Team! We are so happy to welcome Dr Rashidat Raji to the GHF team! She will be rostering patients at GFH (hopefully getting everyone waiting off of the wait list!) and working towards her focused practice in Dermatology. WELCOME Dr. Raji!
November 2025 - Physician Assistant starts at GFH! Please welcome Jenna Hong as our FIRST provider joining us as part of the IPCT! Jenna is a physician assistant who will be working with GFH patients! Patients can now book with her for most types of appointments!
September 2025 - IPCT Funding for GFH! We are thrilled to announce that our recent application to become an Interprofessional Primary Care Team, partnering with Thames Valley Family Health Team has been approved! This means more resources for your family, and it means that more families will have access to our services! Check back for updates!
March 2025 - Dr. A.J. MacDonald has decided to leave GFH and LEMFHO. Patients who registered with him should check their email for an update, or contact him at his new office. Contact information can be found below.
January 2025 - New Doctor Joins GFH! Dr. A.J. MacDonald has joined Grow Family Health and the London East Medical FHO! He is ONLY accepting patients who are NOT currently rostered to a primary care provider. To register, check out our "How to Register" page, or e-mail gfhregister@prismahcc.ca !
December 2024 - Our team is growing! We are excited to welcome Wing, the newest member of our team! Wing joins Billi at the front desk, and brings many years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings to her new role as Medical Assistant. Say hi to her next time you are in the office!

Book Your Appointment Online! Did you know? Enrolled patients can book routine visits, same-day appointments and after hours visits ONLINE using our online booking portal! Save time and get the appointment date and time that works for you! Use the BLUE link below!
2024 Holiday Schedule Same-day appointments will be available except for statutory holidays. Book online using our online booking portal! Appointments open each morning. Christmas Week: OPEN December 23rd (all day), December 24th (morning only), and December 27th (morning only). We will be CLOSED on December 25th, and 26th. New Year's Week: OPEN December 30th (all day), 31st (morning only). We will be CLOSED January 1st. We resume our normal schedule as of January 2nd. We will not be checking voicemails while the office is closed. We will get back to you as soon as we can when we return - we appreciate your patience! December 2024 - Construction! We are excited to show you what we have been working on! Stay tuned for new services and a renewed GROW program! We appreciate your patience while we complete these important renovations.
October 2024 - Dr. Gall's practice is closing as of Jan 2025 We regret to say that Dr. Chris Gall will no longer be with our group as of January 2025. Any patients rostered to Dr. Gall would have received information about transitioning to one of our other doctors by email. Please complete the questionnaire attached to that email - we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We hope to have a new doctor join us in the near future and will keep you updated! We wish Dr. Gall all the best in his future endeavors!
