Grounded Roots, Open Wings - A registered charity providing supportive services for families in our community!
We know families need more than just medical care to be healthy! From helping families navigate and connect with basic needs supports, to our "Feed and GROW" and "Know and GROW" parenting, development and nutrition groups, to working with parents to stop the intergenerational transmission of trauma - we want families in our community to THRIVE!
Grow Family Health - Primary Care for Families in our Community!
There is a huge shortage of family doctors and many families are not connected to primary care. Grow Family Health (GFH), a member of the London East Medical Family Health Organization, is committed to providing primary care to families with children aged 5 and under.
If you have accessed services at G.R.O.W. in the past, you may be eligible to register for a family doctor with GFH!

Primary Care Skin Procedures Clinic
Established in 2016, PCSP provides rapid access to dermatology consultations and minor procedures to patients in London and surrounding areas.
Primary Care Skin - Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dermatology
PC Skin is our newest addition! Offering neurotoxin (Botox), fillers, and more, we aim to meet all of your skin care needs!
We also use these modalities to treat TMJ, migraines, hyperhidrosis and other pain conditions!
